We want you to be able to try COOODEX® at your leisure. That's why you have two options if something isn't right:
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can find the details and the model withdrawal form in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary money-back guarantee:
- For whom? For all first orders placed via our online shop.
- Even with an opened bottle? Yes. You are allowed to try COOODEX® — even an opened bottle is covered by the guarantee.
- How does the return work? Write to us at info@cooodex.de with your order number within 30 days of receipt. We will send you the next steps.
- How quickly will I be refunded? After receiving your notification, we generally refund the purchase price within a few business days using the original payment method.
This voluntary guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights.
